Children's Haircut Policy
To ensure a safe and enjoyable haircut experience for your child, please note the following:
Behavior:
- Cooperation: Your child must be able to sit still during the haircut.
- Disruptions: If your child becomes overly upset or disruptive, we may need to pause or end the appointment early.
Time Allotment:
- Time Frame: We allocate 30 minutes for each child's haircut.
- Additional Charges: If the appointment exceeds 30 minutes, additional charges may apply.
Payment:
- Full Charge: The full price of the haircut will be charged, even if the appointment is shortened due to the inability to complete service.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a positive environment for all clients.
Deposit Policy
To accommodate all clients, maintain business operations, ensure appointment availability and minimize last-minute cancellations; we kindly require a non-refundable 25% deposit for all online bookings from first-time guests or those without a history of cancellations. A 50% Deposit is required for Guests with prior history of No shows and last-minute cancellations.
This deposit helps us reserve your spot and covers any potential loss of revenue from last-minute cancellations. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
While we are sympathetic to life getting in the way at times, as a business we still have to account for missed revenue. If you need to cancel an appointment without proper notice, we will be happy to reschedule that for you with a new deposit.
This policy has been adapted due to a high volume of cancellations without proper notice, or no call no show appointments. These deposits are Nonrefundable and Nontransferable for any reason.
Redo
Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.
Product Returns
We offer full exchanges on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product. Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must happen within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box. We can not offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions.
Cancellation
With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. No call / no show reservations will be charged full price for the services and time reserved. If multiple no call/no shows are recorded in our system, you will need to prepay for your service when making appointments or be on a walk-in basis only.
Pets
We love our furry friends, however for everyone's safety please do not bring pets with you to your appointment. Service animals are welcome.
